OPTIC is located within the Irving Cancer Research Center (ICRC) Building on the campus of Columbia University Medical Center.

Administrative office of OPTIC is located in Room 216, on the second floor of the ICRC Building. 

The Main Imaging Suite is located within the 11th Floor animal barrier facility of the ICRC Building in Rooms 1104 AB, AC, and AD.

The Image Analysis Suite of OPTIC is located In room 200ST2, on the second floor of the ICRC Building. 

The MRI Imaging Suite is located within the 10th Floor animal barrier facility of the ICRC Building on Room 1015.
